price of $2100.00. Motion Carried.
3. a. Networking-
b. BS&A
Programs-
c. New Hardware- All three items were discussed
together as they affect one another. The
board agreed that there would be benefits to having the computers networked to
share information and the printer.
Treasurer Burns has already received the latest versions of the software
from BS&A for the treasurer and assessor programs which will need to be
installed on a host computer in order to network. It was also agreed that some new hardware may
be needed to achieve this and also to provide proper security and safety to the
information. Dawn Childers moved to spend up to $5000.00 to update any computers
that need to be replaced or repaired, networking and BS&A programs
including any hardware that may be required or deemed necessary, second by Larry Kennel. Motion Carried.
4. Board of Review-The dates that were approved by the board at the February 20, 2009 meeting were actually the wrong dates. The correct dates are March 12 and 13 and have been published in the newspapers as such. John Mulder moved, second by Dawn Childers to approve amending the resolution of the previous meeting to acknowledge the Board of Review dates as being March 12 and 13th. Motion Carried.
