Ian Kempf addressed the board concerning t=

Farmland Preservation Millage. Mr. Kemp=

has put together a one page summery to explain the millage
for the board. It was no=
ted
that the Parks, Farmland Preservation, and Open Space are all tied
together as one bill, and are scheduled to be on the ballot in August.=

Attorney Davis has not heard back from the State on this.

signs are $70 each and would come out of the road budget.

by the road commission would cost $2625.00. Matching funds can be applied=

cut the cost in half. =

mud bogging is permitted, and the ordinance specifically denies off ro=

vehicles.
B. Rezoning Enforcement – Attorney =
Davis suggested for the most effective
enforcement, handle the most serious offenses in Circuit Court as opposed to
just ticketing.

cost estimate from Birchler Arroyo for re=

the procedures manual would be $2000-2400. The cost has to get approval=
from
the planning commission, ZBA, and Board.

for
central dispatch, and encouraged voting yes for funding.
